How to use Toll Restriction with Pin

 

 

Allowable Calls
Local calls and non-chargeable calls such as: 911, 211 or 611.
For all other calls your PIN number must be entered.

To dial long distance
1. Press *13 from a touch-tone phone (1113 for rotary users).
2. Wait for a dial tone.
3. Enter a PIN number.
4. Wait for a dial tone.
5. Then dial the desired number (Ex. 1-740-947-xxxx).

To dial 411 or an Operator
1. Press *13 (1113 for rotary users).
2. Wait for dial tone.
3. Enter a PIN number.
4. Wait for dial tone.
5. Press 411 for directory assistance OR 0 for the operator.

To change your PIN number
1. Press *12 (1112 for rotary users).
2. Wait for a dial tone.
3. Enter old PIN number.
4. Wait for a dial tone.
5. Enter new PIN number.

TIPS
Pound (#) can be pressed to speed up the dial tone.

If you forget your PIN number or need it changed, there will be a one-time charge. You must come into our office with a picture I.D. to make changes.

The PIN number can be 1–7 digits.
